Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we pledge to schedule a prompt revisit to address any overlooked aspects, at no additional cost to you. Please note, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You can modify or cancel your services at any time.
To cancel or modify a booking without a fee, please contact us at least 48 hours before the confirmed service time.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the confirmed service time incur a $100 cancellation fee to compensate for lost time.
In the rare event we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, no charge will be applied, and we'll offer a discounted rate for the rescheduled service.
Our Responsibilities
Confirmation: We confirm appointments and services within 48 hours of your scheduled service.
Equipment: Our technicians use professional, company-approved tools and supplies to ensure high-quality service.

Client Responsibilities
Access: Please provide access to your property on the day of service. Failure to do so results in a $100 cancellation fee.
Preparation: Ensure the area is clear of personal items and bio-hazards. We cannot dispose of items not belonging to us or clean areas obstructed by such items.
Utilities: Active utilities (electricity and water) are necessary for us to perform our services.
Existing Conditions: We're not responsible for pre-existing damages to your property, such as stains or floor damage.
Rates & Payment
Invoicing: Invoices are issued at the end of the service and are due within 14 days.
Payments: We accept payments via our secure online system, including debit/credit cards and ACH transfers. Payments not received within 24 hours are subject to collection actions.
Safety Policy
Our technicians adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing PPE and frequent sanitization. We do not perform tasks that pose a safety risk, such as lifting heavy objects or dealing with hazardous waste. Technicians may refuse service if the conditions are deemed unsafe or if they feel threatened.
Appointments & Bookings
We'll contact you within 48 hours of booking to gather more information and again to confirm your appointment and services.
Inspections
We conduct thorough inspections and document the condition of your property before and after our services. We're not liable for pre-existing damages but will address any new damages caused by our team in accordance with our insurance policies.
Your Privacy
Your personal information is secure with us. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.
Agreement
